Student Ministry

The heart of Wesley Foundation is the college students who plan, lead, and participate in our ministries. We want to foster a loving and supportive community, centered on God’s love and growing in grace. We do this through…

F.M.T. Is designed for freshman and transfer students. We will meet weekly on Mondays from 8:00pm-9:00pm , building great relationships with the the leadership team, and going threw the word together growing in Christ.

Wesley Students put their Wolves Up in Jackson Square while in New Orleans for a mission trip in January of 2017.

Service. We look for chances to do good every day, and we provide opportunities for service to neighbors. Wesley is launching a mobile food pantry in partnership with Harrisburg UMC. We will meet at noon on Tuesdays to deliver food to campuses in Newport, Beebe, and Marked Tree. Students can also come to help pack grocery sacks on Wednesdays at 2pm at Cornerstone UMC.

Worship. Every Tuesday night, 6:30-7:30pm, we meet to sing, learn, and pray together.

Bible study. We meet together during the week to go through God’s word seeking to find ways to apply its truth to our lives.

Connection to local churches. Several Sundays during the semester, we travel to local United Methodist churches to lead worship and connect with those congregations. Contact for more info.
